What are you doing now?

I am an Associate Software Engineer at Capital One’s New York City office in the Technology Development Program.

How did the Nano-MSE program help you advance your professional or academic goals?

It gave me the opportunity to explore courses across multiple disciplines, including business, and helped me focus my career goals.

What do/did you enjoy most about the Nano-MSE program and/or being at University of Pennsylvania?

I really enjoyed the flexibility of the program’s curriculum which allowed me to tailor the courses to my interests. I also really enjoyed getting to know students of different backgrounds and in different disciplines.

Do you have advice for people considering the Nano-MSE program at Penn?

Be open to new things! Some of my most rewarding courses were ones I was unsure about at first.
